What The Heck Is Papaya Banana Yum?
I’m glad you asked, as it’s my newest smoothie recipe, and I think you are going to love it.
This morning I was thinking about having my regular Green Smoothie, and just as I was preparing to get some parsley out of the fridge, I noticed the ripe papaya sitting on our counter. That’s when Papaya Yum first revealed itself to me.
So… I grabbed up the papaya, cut it in half and scooped out the seeds. Then I scooped the papaya out of the skin with a spoon. There was probably about 2 cups of Papaya in the papaya I cut up.
I took about 1 cup of the papaya and gently placed it in My Vitamix with 5 ripe bananas. Next I added about 2 cups of water, and blended it up nice and smooth.
The Result? Papaya Banana Yum!
I strongly encourage you to make your own papaya banana yum. If you use the same amount of ingredients as I’ve described above, you’ll get more than a quart of yumminess, and you’ll be satiated for a good while.
